The original Naughty Bits was followed by the insanely popular Naughty Bits 2.0...and now the third installment: Naughty Bits BLUE!
We aged Naughty Bits BLUE in our warehouse for an extra 9 months. Every time we checked it the blend kept getting better and more delicious. So we just kept aging it!
The final result exceeded all of our expectations! Frankly, it blew us away!
Naughty Bits BLUE is a full-bodied, medium-strength skinny toro. The wrapper is a 7-year-aged vintage Habano. Filler tobaccos are from Nicaragua (Esteli, Ometepe), and Indonesia.
First light is a wave of espresso, heavy cream, white oak, and light brown sugar. The body is tanned leather and cashews with hints of cinnamon and nutmeg. The retrohale is spicy adding the burn of ginger.
As it progresses, the blend character becomes more creamy. Big flavors of custard and vanilla bean come to the fore. The finish stays long on the tongue adding notes of milk chocolate and butter.
Halfway, the richness grows even more. Toasted nuts and caramel emerge. The coffee notes become more "roasty". Hints of whiskey and clove begin to shine through.
Last third, all the flavors crescendo! Dark chocolate becomes dominate complimented by rum, maple, and white pepper. A marshmallow sweetness appears. If any cigar tasted like candy...it's this one!
We think Naughty Bits BLUE is the best Naughty Bits blend so far! The complexity, the balance, the construction...it's absolutely exceptional!
